Attorney Kyle Frank was born in Houston, Texas, where he lived until he left for college. He graduated from Carnegie Vanguard High School, one of the top-rated public schools not only in Texas, but in the country. After graduation, Attorney Frank attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. During his four years at Michigan, Attorney Frank served as a student manager for the Michigan Baseball Team. In his role, Attorney Frank was a bullpen catcher and video analyst. He helped Michigan reach the Men’s College World Series for the first time in 35 years, culminating in a berth in the national championship.
After graduating from Michigan, Attorney Frank attended Marquette University Law School. While at Marquette, Attorney Frank devoted himself to written and oral advocacy. He was invited to participate in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition, which he and his partner won. Attorney Frank was also awarded the Roman A. Klitzke award for Best Oral Advocate. He subsequently participated nationally in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition and was elected to the Moot Court Executive Board. In addition to his moot court pursuits, Attorney Frank served for two years as the President of the Jewish Law Students Association. Attorney Frank also earned four CALI awards for achieving the highest grade in Appellate Writing & Advocacy; Professional Sports Law; Advanced Brief Writing; and Advanced Legal Research. Attorney Frank graduated with honors in 2022.
Attorney Frank has spent his entire legal career with Gruber Law Offices. He was hired during law school as a law clerk; served as a law clerk through graduation; and was hired as an attorney after graduation. While at Gruber Law Offices, Attorney Frank has developed a passion for zealously advocating for those injured in Wisconsin. In his time at Gruber Law Offices, Attorney Frank has worked on numerous personal injury cases including catastrophic injury cases.
Before law school, Attorney Frank spent his summers as a bullpen catcher in the Kansas City Royals minor league organization where he won two championships: one with the Lexington Legends and with the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Attorney Frank also spent time working as a stadium usher for the Houston Astros, including their World Series championship.
An avid Michigan fan, in his free time, Attorney Frank roots for all Michigan sports teams. He also enjoys cheering on his hometown Houston Astros, and the Milwaukee Brewers. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family and taking in the beautiful scenery Wisconsin has to offer.
A Texan by birth, Attorney Frank has found his home in the Midwest.
